Dow Chemical corporate volunteers - participants in the Power Partners Program, treated their students from the Francis Scott Key School to a fantastic trip to The Kimmel Center to visit the Time Machine exhibit. Students also enjoyed a story -- read by HH Dowbot the Dow Robot!

What We Do
An award-winning summer literacy curriculum that provides students with meaningful, fun experiences that build literacy skills, develop a love of reading, and increase motivation to read.
Teachers in public schools, day care centers and other educational sites in Philadelphia are invited to select free books for their classroom libraries. Target is the generous 2012 - 2013 Corporate Sponsor of the Book Bank.
A corporate social responsibility program that connects corporate and business volunteers with first and second grade public school students for weekly literacy coaching. The Book Bank is closed for teachers for the 2012 -2013 school year. We will reopen for teachers in the Fall of 2013.
